On a whim, we checked out the tour since we live a mere 45 minutes away in Richmond. This is probably the best $10 I've spent in some time. Great refresher on history (for a local who has forgotten a lot in the years since school day field trips) and excellent tour of the haunts. Having done a little bit of ghost hunting during a trip earlier this year in New Orleans, I was familiar with the ins and outs of orbs and such. Well kids, fire up those cameras on this tour because there are orbs o'plenty and some other oddities. Attached is by far the most stunning image I've ever captured of what appears to be a woman in the corner of the church (right of the gate). A friend also pointed out that there is a face in the window above her. Slightly creepy, incredibly awesome. The more I zoom in and scan around the photo, the more strange things I see.

A group of co-workers and I went on the ghost tour 8-1-2007 and we had a wonderful time. This is just one of the pictures that I got that was awesome. I work at a local resort and tell people about the ghost tours all the time.

Took the tour on Monday August 11, 2008 and had a great time! Our tour guide, can't remember her name, but she gave the last tour that night, was fantastic! Gave us tons of info not only about the ghosts around town but other historical facts about Williamsburg. That tour lasted over 2 hours and we definately got our money's worth and more. Anyway, I took several pictures hoping something might show up on my camera. The only thing that MIGHT be a ghost or spirit is circled in red on this picture. It actually looks sorta like a horse to be honest, but anyway...enjoy! And take this tour if you're ever in Williamsburg!!

Hi, After having been to VA the past three years to enjoy the amusements of Busch Gardens and Water Country USA, my cousin and her daughter, my husband and our daughter (both children 8 years old) and I took this Ghost Tour on August 7th. We had many laughs during this tour and our tour guide, Eileen, made it humorously spooky for our children. Our group was snapping and comparing pictures all evening when I took this picture (which I enlarged and included in an inset) that seems to show an image of a person in the bottom window, second to the right of the front door. Believe me, this house was completely dark when we took these pictures and there was nothing there! In addition, all in our group were taking several pictures that showed orbs all over. Although the kids were a little scared and quite reluctant to sleep that night, they more enjoyed this tour than any other tour in all colonial Williamsburg, as did we, the adults. Take this tour next time you’re in Williamsburg, it is well worth it’s cost and a couple of scared kids!
